Add-ons total:

This candle was inspired by ‘The Pine Trees’ ink painting by Hasegawa Tōhaku (1539-1610), a prominent painter of the Azuchi-Momoyama period in Japan. His painting depicts the beautiful pine forests of Nanao City, where these candles are made. The candle and its flame is meant to recreate the simple and elegant lines of the pine trees, paying homage to Hasegawa’s work. The wax of the candle is made from the nuts of the Haze tree grown in Fukuoka Prefecture. The production of these candles helps contribute to the conservation and reforestation of Haze trees.

Take adequate precaution when handling fire.
Do not leave the candle unattended.

Candle size: Ø1.7 cm x H14 cm
