Daikokuya was established in Tokyo in 1985 as a producer of chopsticks. The company works with artisans to create handmade chopsticks of the highest quality. It specializes in ‘Edo Kibashi’ – a type of chopstick with a 100-year history which they make using carefully selected woods of the highest grade. Daikokuya crafts chopsticks in a variety of lengths and shapes to ensure each person can find a style and weight that suits them.
