Nakahashi Meriyasu, a company specializing in meriyasu, or ‘knitted fabric’, was established in 1951 during the period of post-war industrial growth and has supplied global fashion brands with its knitted fabrics. Inspired by the history of hand-knitting in Japan and machine technology, Nakahashi Meriyasu has created a series of reversable hand-finished slipper-socks suitable for modern living.
