Produced by skilled craftspeople in Osaka, this pan lid is made to be used with JIU cast iron frying pans, allowing you to further expand your culinary repertoire. The dedicated lid perfectly covers medium sized pans while the matte black colour and wooden handle creates a sense of aesthetic unity. Just like the detachable frying pan handles of JIU, the handle of this lid is made of high-grade wood from Tendo City in Yamagata Prefecture, known for its abundant nature and mountainous landscape.
Dry it with a towel immediately after washing.
Size is dedicated to medium sized JIU cast iron frying pans.
