Bamboo Sushi Mat
For longevity of use, products made of bamboo should be dried overnight on a cloth after use and stored in a well-ventilated place with low humidity.
Small Bamboo Shamoji
Bamboo is a natural material with varying grains and patterns, individual items will differ.
Please do not microwave, put in oven, or put in direct flame as this will lead to warping and cracking.
Wash with a soft sponge and neutral detergent, wipe with a soft cloth and leave to dry naturally.
Please do not use harsh cleaning tools or abrasive detergents.
Please do not soak over a long time, in hot water, or wash in a dishwasher as this will lead to warping and cracking.
Marushō Sushi Vinegar
Due to the sugars in the vinegar, the vinegar can turn darker and change in aroma. This will not affect the taste.
