Crafted from aluminum, this handheld grater is made in Tsubame Sanjo, Niigata Prefecture, an area renowned for the production of high-precision metalwork in its factories and workshops. The grater’s name, Irogami, translates to ‘colourful paper’, reflecting its many colours and lightweight form with a downturned corner, sculpted to fit perfectly in the palm for easy grating. Ideal for finely grating cheese, nutmeg, and ginger.
Available at in silver, red, and black.
