The ISSH Incense and Incense Holder – Nejitsu (Peaceful Day) is designed to provide a mindful 20-minute experience that perfectly aligns with the burn time of a single incense stick. Each variation of incense is created with a distinct intention, offering a moment of relaxation as it fills the space with its aroma.
The set includes three variations of incense: Shitaku Wo Totonoeru (Be Ready), Yohaku Wo Totonoeru (Stay Mindful), Kokyu Wo Totonoeru (Regulate Your Breathing). Accompanying the incense is a holder that measures the passage of time for the 20-minute burn duration of each stick.
Shitaku Wo Totonoeru (Be Ready)
This incense is designed to prepare for the start of the day, waking you up gently with the distinctive scent of hinoki (Japanese cedar) to drift into a calm morning.
Yohaku Wo Totonoeru (Stay Mindful)
The woody note of this incense is combined with the floral scent of jasmine to create a clear and tranquil atmosphere for staying mindful.
Kokyu Wo Totonoeru (Regulate Your Breathing)
Designed for focus on slow and deep breathing, this incense features the crisp scent of camphor to evoke a breeze rustling through green leaves and branches.
This set is inspired by the energy and rhythm of the first half of the day, while the ISSH Incense and Incense Holder – Annon (Peaceful Evening) provides a complement by focusing on the second half of the day.
How to use
1. Place the wooden incense holder on a non-combustible surface such as an incense plate.
2. Slide the burning time indicator into the indentation with the zero minute unit side down and the readings facing the incense stick.
3. Set the incense stick in the holder.
4. Light the incense stick, extinguish the flame and let it smolder.
5. After use, remove the remaining stick end by inserting the accessory pin into the hole on the bottom of the incense holder.
Cleaning
Clean brass parts by washing with mild detergent and polish eyelet with a cotton bud. Keep wooden body away from moisture as it may affect the flame-retardant coating of the surface.
