Kamawanu Cotton Bandana

This bandana combines historic motifs with a contemporary design, inspired by four seasons and the natural world. It pairs well with casual wear and can be used as a handkerchief or as a wrapping cloth.

Kamawanu is known for its tenugui (Japanese cotton cloths) and other textile products. This bandana is produced using the nassen textile-printing technique, which allows for intricate patterns and fine detail.

Available in three colours.
Green: Japanese larch (karamatsu), pine needles and the classic Matsukawabishi pattern of overlapping diamonds, evoking longevity and good fortune.

Brown: Rice ears, the kanji character 米 (rice), braided rice-straw rope and the wooden masu cup, expressing hopes for a bountiful harvest and prosperity.

Navy: Celestial motifs including the Plough, a three-star emblem associated with martial success, and Kuyō (nine stars), a symbol linked with protection and the avoidance of misfortune.

Slight colour transfer or fading may occur due to the dyeing process.
