A hand-crafted, tulip-shaped sake glass, made to enjoy the aroma and flavour of jyukusei koshu (aged sake).
This sake glass is part of the Kikino line by Sugahara Glasswork, which specializes in handcrafting a variety of sake glasses tailored to the diverse taste profiles of sake. Developed in collaboration with professional sake tasters, each form in the series is refined to enhance both aroma and taste.
This tulip-shaped glass is designed for jyukusei koshu (aged sake), which typically has a mellow umami character. The wide bowl captures the roundness of the sake and concentrates its matured aromas, while the flared rim releases them gently, allowing the sweetness and long aftertaste to be enjoyed together.
