五十嵐威暢トランプ プラスチック カード
A deck of playing cards with a unique design by Igarashi Takenobu.
First released in 1993, this deck of playing cards feature a playful design by internationally acclaimed graphic designer and sculptor, Igarashi Takenobu. His work was commissioned by the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) in New York in the late 1980s who asked him to create a deck of cards suitable for a new age. Igarashi’s design reimagines the use of the suit icons, often overlapping them in the form of a cascade, bringing an artistic element to each card without compromising on familiarity.

The central Chūbu region is predominantly mountainous, home to the rugged Japan Alps with coasts on both the Sea of Japan and the Pacific Ocean. The region's history has been shaped by its strategic position between the great cities of Kyoto and Tokyo with Nagoya at its heart. Niigata lies to the north while Mt Fuji can be found in the south in Shizuoka Prefecture.
