A porcelain mug with a contemporary design, crafted in Hasami, Nagasaki Prefecture.
This porcelain mug is crafted in Hasami, Nagasaki Prefecture, a region celebrated for producing a high standard of porcelainware for over four centuries. The mug is designed with clean lines and made from a blend of natural stone and clay finished with a soft textured glaze. It can be stacked with other mugs, a feature inspired by jubako (tiered boxes for food) to facilitate efficient storage.
With many craftspeople involved in different parts of the production process, and seasonal conditions that affect the redness of the clay, each piece is individual.
Dishwasher and microwave safe.
Size : Ø 8.5 × H 8.9 cm
