Shin Rin Yoku Hinoki Room Mist

These two room mists were created to fit the arc of the day with an energising fragrance for the morning and a calming aroma for the evening, from Hinohara village, west of Tokyo.
These room mists are crafted with essential oils from hinoki (Japanese cypress) trees grown in Hinohara Village, west of Tokyo. The distinctive aromas capture the essence of Hinohara’s forests, bringing the calming experience of shinrin-yoku (forest bathing) into the home. The goal of shinrin-yoku is to enhance relaxation, decrease stress and encourage mindfulness by walking and spending time in the forests.
The room mist AM is crafted from the branches of the hinoki tree and has energizing qualities. It should be used when waking up, meditating in the morning and before exercise.
The room mist PM is extracted from the leaves of the hinoki tree, which have calming qualities. It should be used when preparing to sleep, during evening meditation or cooling down after exercise.
