ドリッパー
A durable steel dripper from Niigata Prefecture, designed for making delicious drip coffee.
This stainless steel dripper is made in the area of Tsubame-Sanjo, Niigata Prefecture, famous for its heritage of skilled metalworking and home to numerous well-respected workshops and craftspeople. The structure of this dripper is designed to hold both cone-shaped and rectangular paper filters and allows air to pass through them more effectively when making coffee. This ensures that the aroma of the coffee is better released and also makes it difficult for off-flavours to seep into the drink. The durable wire-frame structure also allows its user to clearly see the amount of coffee used in the filter and to monitor the water levels when used on top of a mug.
Dishwasher safe.

The central Chūbu region is predominantly mountainous, home to the rugged Japan Alps with coasts on both the Sea of Japan and the Pacific Ocean. The region's history has been shaped by its strategic position between the great cities of Kyoto and Tokyo with Nagoya at its heart. Niigata lies to the north while Mt Fuji can be found in the south in Shizuoka Prefecture.
