This catalogue accompanies Transcendance, an exhibition curated by Kyotographie, based in Kyoto and presented as part of the Arles Associé sequence of the 2024 Rencontres d’Arles International Photography Festival. The exhibition brings together six women photographers – Hosokura Mayumi, Iwane Ai, Okabe Momo, Suzuki Mayumi, Tonomura Hideka and Yoshida Tamaki.
Their works and statements are presented on individual fold-out leaflets, assembled as a boxed set of six.
