唎乃深
A handcrafted, round and voluminous glass made to enhance the experience of drinking kimoto and yamahai sake.
This sake glass is part of the Kikino line by Sugahara Glasswork, which specializes in handcrafting a variety of sake glasses tailored to the diverse taste profiles of sake. Developed in collaboration with professional sake tasters, each form in the series is refined to enhance both aroma and taste.
This round, voluminous glass is intended for kimoto and yamahai sake. Kimoto is brewed using a historic method in which natural lactic acid bacteria are introduced and cultivated by prolonged mixing with long paddles. Yamahai employs a similar process but omits the vigorous mixing, allowing lactic acid to develop more slowly through temperature and moisture control.
