世界が認めた日本のウイスキー
A detailed exploration of Japanese whisky, its pioneers, history, and a journey through distilleries, bars, and restaurants.
This book documents a journey across Japan, visiting distilleries and bars to explore the country’s whisky culture. It traces the paths of pioneers such as Taketsuru Masataka and Torī Shinjirō, who helped establish the Japanese whisky industry.
