柚子マーマレード
A yuzu marmalade from Gifu Prefecture with a balanced, gentle sweetness.
This marmalade is made using yuzu grown in Gifu Prefecture. Cultivated at an altitude of 300 metres, the fruit develops a full flavour shaped by high rainfall and temperature variation. The marmalade has a gentle acidity and is not overly sweet, offering a profile similar to lemon curd. It is a good addition to a cheeseboard and pairs well with goat’s cheese and blue cheese.

The central Chūbu region is predominantly mountainous, home to the rugged Japan Alps with coasts on both the Sea of Japan and the Pacific Ocean. The region's history has been shaped by its strategic position between the great cities of Kyoto and Tokyo with Nagoya at its heart. Niigata lies to the north while Mt Fuji can be found in the south in Shizuoka Prefecture.
