These chopsticks are crafted with a thoughtful design in Fukui Prefecture’s Obama City, a centre for the production of lacquered chopsticks. Made from bamboo grown in Kyūshū, these lightweight chopsticks are made with those in mind who are not adapted to using chopsticks. Their shape resembling tongs makes them easier to hold and grab food, and is particularly suited for children and those learning to use chopsticks.
Their surface is finished with a coating of urushi (the sap of Japanese lacquer tree), providing added resilience and protection, so you can enjoy these chopsticks for years to come.

Not microwave or dishwasher safe.
