Established in 1969, Toyo Steel was the first to develop a deep drawing technology, allowing them to create toolboxes from a single sheet of steel. This technique, which involves shaping the sheets with metal molds, results in a seamless toolbox that is robust and hardwearing. Widely acclaimed for its simple-yet-refined design, the Toyo toolbox has won both the Good Design and Long Life Design awards. Initially created for industrial professionals, today the toolboxes are used in many different ways, from organizing everyday gadgets to storing art supplies.
