This ground decaffeinated coffee from Philocoffea is processed using the Mountain Water Process developed by Descamex, which removes caffeine through water and filtration alone, without the use of chemical solvents. With a decaffeination rate of 99.9 percent, it offers a smooth flavour profile that evolves as it cools, with warm nutty notes giving way to a gentle sweetness reminiscent of milk chocolate.
The coffee is produced at one of the world’s few organic decaffeination facilities, where a fully traceable production process is maintained using certified organic ingredients.
