アルミ製 藤巻酒たんぽ
Aluminium sake pitchers designed for warm sake, produced in Higashi-Osaka, Osaka Prefecture.
This lightweight aluminium pitcher is valued for its thermal conductivity, making it ideal for heating and serving atsukan (hot sake). Enjoyed during the colder months in Japan, atsukan refers to sake warmed to around 50°C. To heat it gently, fill the pitcher and immerse it in hot water, allowing the sake’s texture, flavour, and aroma to be fully appreciated. The bamboo-wrapped handle can be hooked onto the edge of a saucepan while the body sits in the water, protecting the hand from heat when pouring.
Available in two sizes: 2 gō (a unit of sake, 1 gō equals 180 ml) and 5 gō.
Wipe moisture after washing.
Take caution as handles can get hot and use of mittens is recommended.
Do not use steel wool or cleaning products with abrasion.
Avoid acidic and alkaline cleaning products such as vinegar and baking soda.
Handwashing recommended.
