Alumite Grater

This alumite grater is both sharp and lightweight making it very convenient to use. Alumite is kind of aluminium, whose surface has been treated with an anodizing process that creates a thick aluminium oxide film that is very resistant to corrosion. This process also hardens the material making it much more durable and abrasion resistant.
