A lemon presser designed to fit in both kitchen and table settings, made by KIHARA, INC., an Arita porcelain manufacturer.
This lemon presser is designed for squeezing citrus fruits directly at the table, allowing juice and aroma to be added freshly to dishes or beverages.
The SITAKU series (lit. preparation) aims to bring everyday food-preparation tasks, such as grating, juicing, and grinding, from the kitchen to the dining table, framing preparation as a shared part of the dining experience. The lemon presser’s form has been carefully considered to suit both functionality and table use, resulting in a simple, practical design.
KIHARA, INC. is a porcelain company based in Arita, an area with a 400-year history of porcelain production and a well-established tradition of ceramic craftsmanship.
