The name hime (princess) reflects the charmingly small proportions of this spoon. The spoons in this set of five are a little smaller than the average coffee spoon and are designed to accompany an espresso or scoop spices and salt.
Specialist craftspeople handle each step of the manufacturing process, from fabricating a template and cutting the form to shaping and polishing.
Made of brass, the hime spoon will naturally develop a patina over time.
Hand wash and wipe dry.
