Cold-processed Yuzu Soap

This yuzu (yellow citrus fruit) soap is handmade by Mutenka Sekken Honpo, a brand established by Marubishi Natural Soap Factory Co Ltd, which has been producing natural soaps in the Miki District, Hyōgo Prefecture since 1955. The soap is made entirely from natural ingredients, with no colouring, stabilizers or additives, and is processed at low temperatures to preserve the colour and scent of the raw ingredients.

The soap is created using yuzu from Yasutomi, Hyōgo Prefecture, which has been recognized by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries for the high quality of its pesticide-free produce. The yuzu are individually checked by hand and freshly juiced in-house immediately following picking. Both yuzu oil and extract are combined with an olive oil base to create a comfortable softness on the skin. A simple balance of ingredients including palm kern oil and rice bran oil helps with the foaming of the soap and produces a smooth finish.

Ingredients contain palm kernel oil, water, olive oil, sodium hydroxide, rice bran oil, palm oil, yuzu peel oil and yuzu peel extract.

Recommended for dry skin.

Has a subtle scent of yuzu.

As a handmade product, colour and shape may differ depending on the soap.

Avoid storing in places where the soap is submerged in water over a long period.

There may be a white powder-like residue or moisture however it is part of the soap and should be used.
