A decorative paperweight based on Igarashi Takenobu’s elephant illustration.
This elephant paperweight is a 3D reproduction of an illustration by internationally acclaimed graphic designer and sculptor Igarashi Takenobu. Said to have been creating animal illustrations since he was a student, this elephant appeared at Igarashi’s first solo exhibition in Tokyo in 1973. Using high-precision metal processing technology, the simple and elegant lines of the elephant have been accurately reproduced as a 3D ornament.
