Brewed using flat-polished rice, it offers a crisp finish, with melon and banana aromas balanced by citrus-like acidity. The sake maintains its flavour across a range of temperatures, and can be enjoyed either chilled or warmed. It pairs especially well with meat dishes such as yakitori (skewered chicken) and steak.
