An alcohol-free perfume with a rich, long-lasting scent, made in Tokyo.
A fusion of rare natural fragrances and essential oils extracted from Japanese wood, this perfume is expertly blended in Tokyo. This water-based perfume is both hypoallergenic and alcohol-free, offering a long-lasting scent with woody and mossy notes. Its fragrance is inspired by the serene stillness of Kokedera—a temple and UNESCO World Heritage Site in Kyoto. The perfume is meant to recreate the tranquil atmosphere of a rainy day, as the soft patter of raindrops is muffled by the moss blanketing the temple grounds.
The fragrance unfolds in three layers with mandarin, cypress and ginger on the top notes, followed by okume wood, iris and lily of the valley in its heart, and moss, musk and sandalwood notes as its base.
Shake well before use.

Tōhoku
Tōhoku consists of six prefectures located in the north-east of Honshu island. This region is known for its hot spring (onsen) resorts, colourful festivals, remote sacred mountains and harsh winters. In 2011, the devastating earthquake and tsunami hit the region hard; however, the massive efforts in reconstruction are proof of the people’s resilience. Urushi (lacquer) ware, ironware and the crafting of kokeshi dolls make up but a few of the local industries in this lesser-visited region of Japan.
