The Origami Dripper is named after its distinctive design, featuring 20 grooves that resemble folded paper. This inventive shape creates space between the filter and the dripper, enhancing airflow and promoting optimal coffee extraction.
The dripper is compatible with both conical and wave-shaped filters, allowing users to customize their brewing experience. Wave-shaped filters create a thinner coffee bed, enabling water to pass through more quickly for a consistent and stable extraction. In contrast, conical filters form a thicker coffee bed, producing distinct extraction dynamics between the upper and lower layers for a more nuanced flavour profile.
