This Shigaraki-yaki plant pot is produced in Shigaraki, Shiga Prefecture, home to one of Japan’s Six Ancient Kilns. Its bowl-like form accommodates a variety of plants, from mixed arrangements to bonsai.
A drainage hole at the base of the pot allows excess water to escape, while three small feet raise the pot slightly to help prevent the roots from becoming waterlogged.
