卵焼き器
A carbon steel tamagoyaki frying pan produced in Niigata Prefecture.
Rectangular pans like this one are widely used in Japanese households to prepare tamagoyaki (Japanese omelette). Tamagoyaki is made by frying beaten egg flavoured with ingredients including dashi, sugar and soy sauce in thin layers that are rolled up before another layer is added to build up the omelette.
This tamagoyaki frying pan is made from carbon steel with special heat treatment that prevents rusting and works well with oil. With no surface coating, it is safe to use with metal utensils and naturally fortifies food with iron while cooking.
Do not use in oven, microwave or dishwasher.
Please wash with sponge and dish washing detergent, rinse thoroughly and dry before using for the first time.
Please do not allow such strong shocks as falls as it can lead to breakage.
Please do not cause sudden changes in temperature such as immersing the hot frying pan in water or pouring in water. The flat surface of the pan can deform.

The central Chūbu region is predominantly mountainous, home to the rugged Japan Alps with coasts on both the Sea of Japan and the Pacific Ocean. The region's history has been shaped by its strategic position between the great cities of Kyoto and Tokyo with Nagoya at its heart. Niigata lies to the north while Mt Fuji can be found in the south in Shizuoka Prefecture.
