Named tsuya no tama (lit. orb of lustre), this konjac sponge is the ideal eco-friendly bathroom accessory. Made in Hyōgo Prefecture using 130-year-old manufacturing processes, these konjac sponges are free of additives and completely natural. Konjac sponges are known for their great efficacy and gentle cleansing without the need for soap. As the sponge gets wet, the moisture makes it soft and creates a slightly alkaline membrane around its surface which removes acidic dirt and impurities. The combination of this softness and chemical free cleansing makes konjac sponges ideal for babies and people with sensitive or dry skin.
Squeeze the water out after use and store it in a sealed box in a fridge.
