The Kantō region is densely populated and home to a third of the country's population. During its long history, the company has made great advances in Japanese glass traditions such as the Edo kiriko style of cut glass, as well as developing brand new techniques and products. Now led by the fourth generation glassmaker Hirota Tatsuaki, the company continues to handcraft glassware from the finest materials.
