A stainless steel server fork meticulously designed by renowned designer Yanagi Sōri produced in Tsubame City, Niigata Prefecture.
This serving fork is one part of the kitchen utensil series designed by Yanagi Sōri, one of Japan’s most revered product designers of the post-war era. Commissioned by the Satō Shōji corporation, the series won the Good Design Award in 1998. The Yanagi Sōri Stainless Server Fork is the ideal utensil for serving dishes when paired with a Yanagi Sōri Stainless Server Spoon. This series of kitchenware is produced by Nihon Yōshokki in Tsubame City, Niigata Prefecture, an area recognized for its high level of metal craftspersonship.
