This stainless steel kettle is made in the area of Tsubame-Sanjo, Niigata Prefecture, famous for its heritage of skilled metalworking and home to numerous workshops and craftspeople. The long and thin spout is designed for accuracy when pouring water, which is important for making delicious drip coffee. The handle is crafted into an easy to hold angle allowing one to easily control the amount of water poured. It’s also covered with natural wood, protecting the hand from the heat of the kettle.
