Bamboo Oni-oroshi Grater

An all-natural bamboo grater produced by a century-old Japanese company.
This grater gets is name, Oni-oroshi (lit. Demon-Grater), from its resemblence to a demon’s sharp teeth. Specially designed for grating daikon (white radish), the oni-oroshi is known to prevent moisture loss, which in turn helps to retain all the nutrients of the vegetable. The oni-oroshi is suitable for all kinds of vegetables as well as fruit.
Not microwave, dishwasher or oven safe.
