Tenzan Yuzu Seishu

This yuzu liqueur is made using yuzu from Saga Prefecture and a junmaishu (sake brewed solely from rice, water, yeast, and kōji) produced by Tenzan Sake Brewery. It has a delicate sweetness balanced by gentle acidity and can be enjoyed straight, over ice, or mixed with soda. The liqueur pairs well with dishes such as grilled mackerel, sashimi, roast duck with orange sauce, and roast beef.

Kyūshū and Okinawa

This is Japan’s south-west region including the island of Kyūshū and the sub-tropical island chain of Okinawa.
