Hasami Porcelain Sake Pitcher - Stone

A porcelain sake pitcher for enjoying chilled sake made in Nagasaki Prefecture.

£57 per item

For the past 400 years, traditions of porcelain making have been passed down in the small town of Hasami in Nagasaki Prefecture. Inspired by the natural shape of stones, this porcelain sake pitcher features a dual-textured surface. The inside of the cup is covered with a transparent glaze, producing a smooth surface while the outside is unglazed with a matte, rough texture and uneven surface to resemble stones found in nature.

Due to its unglazed nature, black dots might appear on the outer surface of the pitcher.
Not microwave or dishwasher safe.
